Privacy Policy

This page explains what Kognivu collects on the public website, waitlist, email flows, and early-access product surfaces.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist or request an execution audit, Kognivu may collect your email address, the signup source, your user agent, and timestamps needed to operate the waitlist and email flows.

Kognivu may also collect product and website analytics events, such as page views, CTA clicks, and waitlist conversion events. These events help us understand whether the website and product are useful.

How we use information

We use waitlist information to send early-access updates, product emails, audit follow-ups, and unsubscribe-safe communications.

We use analytics to improve website performance, messaging, onboarding, and product quality. We do not use analytics to sell personal profiles.

Service providers

Kognivu uses infrastructure and product services such as Supabase for waitlist storage, Resend for email delivery, Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics when configured, and PostHog when configured.

These providers process data on our behalf so the website, waitlist, analytics, and email flows can function.

Email choices

Marketing and waitlist emails may include an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.

If you need help with a privacy request, reply to a Kognivu email or use any contact channel currently provided by Kognivu.

Data retention and security

We keep waitlist and email records only as long as needed to operate the service, maintain unsubscribe records, understand product demand, and meet operational obligations.

No internet service is perfectly secure, but Kognivu limits data collection to what is needed for the public website, waitlist, email, analytics, and early-access product operations.
