Pricing questions
- What does the Free plan include?
- The Free plan includes: First generated execution path; 3 generated quest completions; 5 Coach messages. Creating an account or using the free preview does not by itself start a paid subscription.
- How does the 3-day trial work?
- Eligible accounts can receive one three-day trial on Plus or Pro. To start it, choose a paid plan and complete Stripe checkout with a payment method. Opening the plans screen or checkout alone does not start the subscription. If you are not eligible for a trial, checkout shows the amount due when you subscribe.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges your payment method for the selected monthly plan (Plus $19 or Pro $29 per month, before applicable taxes). The subscription then renews monthly until you cancel. Check the trial end and billing dates shown at checkout and in your billing portal.
- How do I cancel?
- Sign in to Kognivu, open Profile, select Manage subscription or Manage billing, and complete cancellation in the Stripe billing portal. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Closing the browser, signing out, or no longer using Kognivu does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests are reviewed individually, as described in the terms.
- What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
- Plus ($19 per month) includes: Ongoing generated quests; Higher Coach and AI allowance; Progress map and replanning. Pro ($29 per month) includes everything in Plus with the highest Coach and AI allowance, for heavier execution cycles. This page does not publish exact allowance numbers.
- Which currency and taxes apply?
- Prices are listed in USD before applicable taxes. Localized prices may differ, so review the currency, amount, taxes, and billing schedule shown at checkout before you confirm.
- How are payment and personal data handled?
- Stripe processes subscription payments, so card details are entered at Stripe checkout; if you email support, do not send full card details. How Kognivu collects and uses account, analytics, and communication data is described in the Privacy Policy.
